You are keen to gain hands‑on exposure to the inner workings of a world‑class race team and have a genuine interest in how cross‑functional teams collaborate to deliver performance both on and off the track.

You hold a degree from a relevant STEM discipline, equivalent to a UK bachelor’s degree or higher, with a strong demonstrable interest in motorsport

You bring a positive mindset, initiative, and a strong work ethic, and you are fully prepared to relocate for four weeks paid program to the Mercedes‑AMG PETRONAS F1 Team campus in Brackley, UK, with visa administration and accommodation provided.
