Lead the Charge is Akkodis’ flagship global talent campaign in association with the Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team, powered by Akkodis Intelligence.

Carina starts her Lead the Charge 2.0 journey with curiosity, ambition, and a willingness to step beyond the familiar. During the next one month, Carina will work with four departments within the Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 team and explore how different areas of expertise contribute to innovation, transformation, and performance.
